By and large, it was comfortable base for sightseeing in Zermatt, had much fun. Location: the hotel was just next door to train station, bus stop for ski lifts and the centre. It was also just walking distance from Stellisee: )

Absolutely fantastic staff, the room was double superior with big bed. They offered us a full English breakfast with croissants, fresh bread, pastries and cheese. Complimentary beers and wines in the rooftop bar, overnight parking place.

Had a very lovely stay, recommend this place. Caring staff, very nice central location and spacious rooms. I got free upgrade and loved it. The full English breakfast was fine, staff offered croissants, pastries, slices of fresh bread and cheese. Fast check in & the service was friendly! Hot drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise.

Great value with location being convenient. Well cleaned rooms, croissants, fresh bread, pastries and cheese in the morning, superb food. Centrally located for us. Also, we could visit zermatt sunnegga, which was 5 minutes on foot. Magnificent view of ocean...

our room was comfortable and we would stay here again. great connection to the matterhorn, it' s 1 mile away. pool and a sauna were really good.
